Located just 20 minutes from Paris, in a new district in the heart of the UPEC university centre, the Créteil Campus 2 residence offers 127 flats. There’s bound to be the perfect flat for you among these modern, furnished, ultra-functional and fully-equipped options! Forget about broom cupboard rooms with toilets on the landing. Our 18 to 22m2 studio flats are ultra-cosy so that you feel at home.

Location
The Créteil Campus 2 residence is located within UPEC university, close to AICOM, IFSI Henri-Mondor, Université Européenne des Métiers de la Finition and IUT Créteil Vitry. One great thing aboutstaying close to your university is that you can get up later (although an alarm clock is highly recommended) and walk to your campus in just a few minutes!
Créteil Campus 2: your student residence in Créteil
The Créteil Campus 2 residence is a lovely, practical place to live, close to universities. A dense transport network makes it easy to get from one part of the city to another: the Créteil University metro station - line 8 is a 10-minute walk from the residence, the RER D is 5 minutes away and the bus is only 3 minutes away. Your wallet will be happy to know that you don't need to buy a car! And to celebrate the weekend, holidays, end of exams or simply to enjoy some culture, the centre of Paris is only 20 minutes away from the residence!
To top it all off, many local shops (bakery, butcher's, fast food) are located just 3 minutes from the residence, handy for buying food if you’re not a great cook. The easy life is yours. When there’s nothing left in your fridge it only takes a minute to get to the nearest supermarket. If you need a break from the hectic pace of study take time to relax between studies alone or with friends: a cinema, gym, swimming pool, shopping centre, bar and restaurant are only a few minutes away from your residence.
