With its dynamic universities, the town of Roubaix welcomes many students every year. To make it practical for the students renting our flats, Nemea Appart'Etud has chosen to build our residences as close as possible to public transport, educational establishments and entertainment. Our Eurasanté residence is located in Loos-Lez-Lille right by Frances 3rd largest health centre and the largest university hospital campus in Europe. It's the perfect place for medical students. In Roubaix, Eurotéléport is less than 10 minutes on foot from the universities Lille 2, 3.5 minutes on foot from ESMOD and just 3 minutes on foot from the "D and 3D animation faculty of IIID. In Villeneuve d'Asq you can easily reach the ’École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture on foot. As it's close to the metro line you can reach Lille 3 university in 15 minutes and IMT Lille Douai, IUT A Lille, Lille 1 University, ITEEM, and ENSCL in under 20.
Comfort and great facilities
Once your residence is allocated, all you need to do is arrive and unpack your bags. All the flats are furnished and equipped. In common areas there is space for group study and there is also a gym.
