How do you work out how much student life will cost? Expenses to consider

To stay within your student budget, you need to anticipate your spending especially on the things you need to pay for every month.

Your biggest monthly expense will be your rent. The amount depends on the city and the type of accommodation: shared, studio, one bedroom flat etc. Water and electricity charges will be on top of your rent, unless they are already included.
