This gorgeous residence is made up of 118 fully equipped 20 m² flats, which have been designed to optimise space, meaning it really feels like 20 m² and not a poky broom cupboard. In other words, it's the ultimate luxury for students! Each flat has a custom-made table on wheels that’s stored under the desk. It can be used as a dining table but also as an extension to your study space when you need it. You can also make it your work surface when you’re having a Master Chef moment cooking your signature dish. Another space-saving trick: the trundle bed gives you a double bed or two independent single beds and takes up the space of a single bed when not in use. Get out an extra folding chair for one of your friends when they come to try your latest culinary achievement: spaghetti bolognese…
Great accommodation but that's not all: check out the other facilities! The co-working room with a ‘natural wood’ atmosphere gives you the peace and quiet you need to make it to the top of your class, or at least graduate. Individual tables, work surfaces and whiteboards are on hand. Once you’ve flexed your brain why not flex your muscles? No need to worry about shopping or going to lectures: the supermarket and lecture halls are less than 15 minutes away from the residence, on foot or by bike.

Ideally located, the residence gives direct access to the Rennes ring road. The city of Rennes has excellent public transport links, with buses, cycle paths and the metro (soon to have 2 lines), including Villejean station, which is a 3-minute walk from the residence.
Located at the epicentre of many universities (Rennes 2, Rennes 1 Medicine, EHESP, RSB Rennes School Of Business, Askoria etc.), you can get to any of them in a few minutes. Super handy if you tend to run late in the morning!
Want to let off steam? The swimming pool is a 3-minute walk away and there are numerous gyms nearby. Want to go out? The cinema is only 15 min from the residence by metro and the city centre just 10 min. If you fancy a walk, some revision in the fresh air or hanging out with your friends, head to Parc du Thabor or the banks of the Vilaine river.

One thing's for sure, there’s no shortage of entertainment in Rennes: shopping centres, concerts, theatres, funfairs, sporting events, cinemas, bowling alleys, bars and nightclubs abound. You definitely won't be bored! Want to get away from it all? Visit the city of Saint-Malo and the ramparts or the 7th wonder of the world, the Mont-Saint-Michel, less than an hour away!
